Evaluation Clinic

The Evaluation Foundations Audit is a focused review of your current evaluation approach. We look at what you are measuring, how you are collecting it, how the information is being used, and whether your current system is actually answering the questions that matter.

This is not a full external evaluation, and it is not an exercise in adding more indicators simply because we can. The goal is to identify what is useful, what is missing, what needs to be improved, and what your team can probably stop doing altogether.

What You Receive

The process includes a review of your existing evaluation materials, three 60-minute working sessions with your team, and a concise Evaluation Audit & Roadmap outlining:

  • what is working and should stay;

  • gaps in the current approach;

  • unnecessary or duplicative data collection;

  • missing measures or tools;

  • priority improvements;

  • and a practical 90-day action plan.

The result is a clearer, more focused evaluation approach without immediately committing to a large external evaluation.

Best for...

The Evaluation Foundations Audit is especially useful if your program has grown or changed, your evaluation tools have not been reviewed in several years, your funders are asking for stronger outcome evidence, or your team is collecting a lot of information without being entirely sure what it is telling you.
